Fitness Gemz offers a host of classes in the local community.  We aim to bring a fun atmosphere to your workout so that fitness really can be fun.  We offer a range of programmes from The Jungle Body, along with classes such as Clubbercise, Pop Pilates.  If cardio isnt your thing we have adult stretch & strength classes on offer which still give you a fantastic full body stretch to increase mobility and flexibility.  With over 10 years experience in the industry we aim to give you a great class you will really feel, but enjoy so much you will want to come back.  We are now also offering Online workouts so you can workout from the comfort of your own home.  

The Jungle Body

The jungle body offers a number of amazing workouts.  These programmes are super easy to follow with only 4 moves per routine which means anyone can do it and this class is going to make you SWEAT.  We are qualified in KONGA, JAGUA, BURN and hope to be adding VYPA to our list very soon.  Konga is a fab full body workout using Hiit, boxing, dance, cardio, plyo and more.  Burn is a 30 min workout using dumbbells and Jagua a workout using ballet, pilates and more to help tone and scuplt your body.  All programmes are set to an amazing soundtrack


Want a super fun workout where you can party without the hangover?  Then clubbercise is your class.  Using club anthems this class has got a soundtrack thats gonna have you hitting the dance floor.  The class is taken in a darkend room with disco lighting and glowsticks to give you an awesome work out like no other.  

Pop Pilates

This class takes pilates to a whole new level giving you traditional pilates moves choreographed to music to give you a dance on a mat.  This class is low impact but dont under estimate it as you will really feel it and feel your strength build week on week.  With ab tracks, butt tracks, upper body tracks and more it gives you a great all round workout 

so grab your mat and lets give pop pilates a whirl.

Sling Strong

Mama's this class is for you.

Are you 8 weeks or more post natal and fancy getting back to fitness? Dont want the mum guilt of leaving baby? Well this class is for you.  Sling strong is a baby wearing workout where we will sculpt, tone and stretch safely all whilst baby is kept close in their carriers.   This class has gradual progressions to allow you to safely get back into exercise following the birth of your precious one.  Whats more as instructors we are also baby wearing peer supporters so if you have any queries about baby wearing get in touch. 

Lift Lean

This class is again a new addition and features on our online workouts.  Lift Lean is a programme using various techniques and equipment to give you a full body workout.

Stretch & Strength

This class is a slower paced class and is a great finish to a busy week.  Stretch out with a full body stretch which will improve mobility, aid flexibility and can also help with postural problems that develop from every day activities such as sitting at a desk.

Hoop Classes

This class  is one of our newest additions to the timetable.  Using non weighted hoops this class is certainly going to get you wiggling.  We will take you from the start to learn beginners hoop techniques including arm, and waist hooping.  This class is great fun and hoops are provided

Adult Ballet

This is a taught step by step class unlike our ballet fitness follow along class.  This gives you chance to explore movements in more detail, build routines and learn more complex steps.   Dont worry if you have never danced before thats what our instructors are here for.  We will take you through all you need to know.
